國際研討會對於研究人員來說是在學術上的盛會,通過參與研討會可以看到來自不同國家的專家學者分享及發表他們的研究成果,儘管疫情嚴峻,但營養系仍帶領學生於線上參加為期2天的國際研討會,鑑賞多個學者的研究成果。

In this international conference, I like the topic “Advances in functional lipids research” because they shared the theory about the lipid (the main issue that they want to solve) and also presented some articles to prove the problem. Moreover, the research gap is logical step by step. The research field is very interesting because the end of this research means the beginning of other research.
In summary, doing research not only solve the curiosity of the researcher but also help people create new things such as new method, drug, and technology. These will help human life to be more healthy and convenient.

The presentation contained case controls, review, cohort or clinical reports. There were many public health topics in this conference but a few of animal experiments and cell experiments. Many reports were related to determine metabolic syndrome, DM, and GLU. The topic of probiotics was also highly identified. Thanks to our class tutor for guiding us to participate in the two-day global clinical nutrition conference. This program had made me gain a lot.
